Pay by Link in App is simply a way for the merchant to send payment links to their customers, while they are talking with them, to quickly close a sale.

Shareable link

Merchants can share a payment link by copy/pasting it into any delivery channel, such as WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook or Instagram.

Customer opens link that goes to the payment gateway and they enter their card details or use Samsung Pay or China Union Pay for easy checkout.
Merchant receives notification that customer has paid.
Merchant can deliver services/goods.

Email invoicing feature on app

If the merchant's customer needs an invoice for reference of what they are paying for, you can use the invoicing functionality on the app. This has more functionality to cater to use cases where merchants are often on the go and don't want to write up messages each time they send an invoice, sending similar invoices to customers. They are able to use the templates and customise their invoices so that it matches their business.
